I know i’m late posting my autumn mood board inspiration, but it’s better late than never, right?

In my previous article i was saying “bye” to procrastination and i swear i did my best to have a clean break up. It was a lot more difficult than i thought, but i’m still trying hard. Eventually, i’ll go on a full-on working spree, so i’ll definitely make up for the lost time. Even so, even while dealing with my procrastination issues, i still did a lot of work anyway. Our letterpress shop is going great and the boxes and packaging one is even better, so i can only be thankful (since it’s definitely the season for giving thanks!).

Getting back to my autumn mood board, i must admit it took a long time for me to appreciate this season. I actually hated it! No more sun, ugly weather, rain and cold, leaves falling… but mainly just the bad weather. It was actually a blogger who changed my mind entirely. It’s thanks to her that i now get to enjoy autumn just as much as i enjoy the other seasons!

I have many things i want to do, so i think my motivation is coming back. I’ve actually just finished designing some business cards for a neurologist and recently we made letterpress business cards for a dentist and her team, so i’m thinking maybe the medical field?… Oh well, i just hope i’ll be able to take good photos!

Be it a seller or buyer, you have that ideal transaction in mind: if you’re a buyer, you want the item to fit your needs and preferences, the seller to be nice, the shop to look appealing and so on; if you’re a seller, you want the client to be reasonable, to be satisfied with your items, to come back for a second time etc. So there are these general ideas each buyer and each seller has depending on various characteristics. Well for us, the letterpress business cards for TwoFour Creative Coalition were precisely that: ideal transaction. Conversation went smoothly, design was perfect, letterpress printing was a blast. The business cards and letterpress tags we did for Printsmith and the project we’ve just wrapped up were like this as well, so that makes me think that there’s a bright future ahead! Hehe!

Even though our upcoming summer holiday is all i can think about, we’re still working hard on our Funky Box Studio letterpress business cards… among other things. I did mention before that we’re also working on a couple of custom letterpress business cards order (they’re so minimalist you can’t help falling in love with them! Aaaand one of the two is my own creation! *feeling proud*) and also a new letterpress tags order (since we’re using the card stock you haven’t really seen in our photos yet, i’m really excited to complete this project!). Nevertheless, i can only show you photos of our own Funky Box Studio letterpress business cards.

We’ve opened FBS more than 2 years ago, but i have been struggling to find a font and logo that i really liked. I was in a constant searching process and i wasn’t happy with any of the outcomes. Well finally, 2 years and 400 sales later, yours truly is completely happy with FBS’s logo and font design! Yeah, it only took me this much… and i still have to choose the card stock!

Yep, i am completely satisfied with our new design. I can’t wait to show you photos from the printing process! That’s gonna be fun since we’ll also have 2 ink colors here. Playing with colors again!
